Harold Barton Ramby went to his heavenly home on December 30, 2017.
He was born on September 16, 1923 to Vivian David Ramby, Sr. and Vera Agnes Barton Ramby. He was born and lived in Marquez, TX and after graduating from high school, he attended Sam Houston State Teachers College in Huntsville, TX. He later joined the U.S Army and was stationed in New Mexico where he met his precious wife, Esther. He was a very loving husband, dad, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend.
He lived in many locations during his very productive life. He worked for Scientific Design which built refineries. After the refineries were established, he went to each location to teach them how to run the refinery. Completing his work sent him to Scotland, Holland, Belgium, Spain, and many cities and states in the U.S.A. After retiring, they moved to the Crockett, TX area.
Survived by his loving sons, Harrel Keith Ramby of Harlingen, TX and Lloyd Ramby, Sr. of Centerville, TX; three grandchildren, Jennifer Lee Jordan, husband, Jeremy, Lloyd Thomas Ramby, Jr. of Houston, TX and Nadia Garza of Harlingen, TX; three precious great-grandchildren, Joshua, Gracie and Samuel Jordan and many special nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Proceeded in death by his loving wife, Esther, his devoted daughter, Sharon Kay Ramby and his parents Vivian and Vera Ramby.
His resting location is Marquez Cemetery, Marquez, TX.
