Reagan Holland

Graveside services for Mr. Reagan Holland, 68, was held on Wednesday, September 7, 2016, at Marquez Cemetery with an Honor Guard provided by the U. S. Army. Rev. Terry Sealy will officiate.
Mr. Holland passed away on Monday, September 12, 2016, at his residence in Marquez.
He was born in Houston on June 11, 1948, to Malcolm and Ethel Holland. Mr. Holland was drafted into the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany during the Vietnam War.  Reagan married Kathryn on April 5, 1982 and shared over thirty-four years of marriage together.  He worked as a machinist in Houston after his military service for many years before moving to Marquez in the mid 1990’s. Mr. Holland later founded his own deer business, the Marquez Trophy Buck Ranch. He enjoyed fishing, especially on his 30 acre lake on his ranch.
He is survived by his wife, Kathryn Holland of Marquez; one daughter, Jenna Holland; two step-daughters, Melissa Cornwell and Lisa Dunlap; three grandsons, Corban Cornwell, Colin Ray Cornwell, and Cole Edward Cornwell; one brother, Robert Holland of Houston; one sister, Francis Holland of Las Vegas, Nevada; other relatives and friends.
